What are your contributions to the team?
- Monitor, update and communicate the entry into service skyline for all upcoming deliveries to upper management & internal stakeholders
- Maintain information accuracy in the SalesForce.com database
- Create required reports, analysis and queries in various software tools to support various customer centric initiatives
- Track aircraft deliveries daily
- Communicate by email and/or by telephone, as required, with the Field Support teams to support customer requests
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives to support deliverables and timely communications
- Monitor the consumption of contract related entitlements and commitments.
- Audit billing requests and Entry-into-Service invoices related to customer deliveries and reconcile Pilot/Technical support charges to ensure accuracy with Salesforce data.
How to thrive in this role?
- You are studying for a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, International Business, Commerce or Engineering.
- You are organized and meticulous, and pay careful attention to details
- You are proficient in MS Suite of Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- You can work in a team or independently, as required.
- You are organized and able to set priorities.
- You have an analytic disposition, are resourceful and can think S.M.A.R.T.
- You are expected to maintain strict confidentiality with confidential information.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
