What are your contributions to the team?
• Collaborate in the development of new internal processes and support the improvement of existing processes to better prevent and manage compliance risks.
• Meet with internal stakeholders to conduct process reviews, understand operational needs, and identify potential ethics and compliance risks.
• Work with an external provider on the implementation of a new process and its associated IT platform.
• Contribute to the identification, analysis, and documentation of ethics and compliance risks, particularly in the context of new projects.
• Participate in the updating, dissemination, and awareness efforts related to internal ethics and compliance policies (code of ethics, anti-corruption, due diligence, conflict of interest, etc.).
• Support the management and governance of the ethics and compliance ambassador network, including coordination, communication, and follow-up on local initiatives.
• Actively collaborate with team members on all initiatives of the ethics and compliance program, including cross-functional projects and awareness activities.
• Contribute to the production and implementation of periodic reports intended for senior management, the board of directors, and relevant committees.

- You have a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality, essential when handling sensitive topics
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- You are well-organized, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
- You are a team player with the ability to contribute to cross-functional initiatives
- You are proficient with digital tools and MS Office applications

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
