Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Investor Relations Intern to support the planning, development, and execution of investor relations activities. This role offers hands-on experience in financial communications, capital markets, investor engagement, and public company reporting, while working closely with the Investor Relations team.

During your internship, you will contribute to:

  • Support the preparation and update of investor relations materials, including corporate presentations, Board materials, quarterly management updates, and ad hoc presentations.
  • Assist with quarterly earnings materials, including the earnings release, presentation, script, Q&A, financial data package, and supporting backup.
  • Work with internal teams to gather, verify, and organize data used in investor communications.
  • Maintain key IR files and tools, including the consensus file, shared research folders, valuation model inputs, and monthly IR report.
  • Support the planning and execution of investor events, including conferences, roadshows, site visits, and Investor Day.
  • Update calendars, prepare itineraries, create investor profiles, and maintain event notes in the CRM platform.

During your internship, you will learn:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Interest in financial markets, investor relations, and corporate communications.
