What are your contributions to the team?
- Support the international development of Bombardier Aviation by:
- Assisting our subsidiaries in the production of financial statements (10%)
- Analyzing the financial statements of our subsidiaries (10%)
- Collaborate with various financial information teams to facilitate the reconciliation of inter-company transactions and bank accounts (20%)
- Meet the requirements of the auditors and the tax department (5%)
- Lead / participate in special projects aimed at improving the key processes of the team including those related to the production of financial statements (5%)
- Support the control activities by participating in the pre-closing and review reconciliation exercises (10%)
- Respond to ad hoc requests (10%)
- Prepare month-end journal entries (10%)
- Produce reports for end-of-month analysis, operational and financial measures, and internal and external reporting (20%)
How to thrive in this role?
- You are in the process of completing an undergraduate degree in Finance or Accounting
- You are a team player, possess good stress management skills, and can work with strict deadlines
- You possess a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and good organizational skills
- You adapt easily to a changing environment
- You have experience working with MS Office, notably with Excel. Experience with SAP, Cadency & OneStream will be considered an asset
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
