What are your contributions to the team?

  • Provide support to HR business partners for various projects: engagement survey, salary review and promotion process, talent management program, labor relations case processing, etc.;
  • Participate in projects and meetings related to labor relations;
  • Participate in the disciplinary process as well as the grievance management process;
  • Participate in the continuous improvement and development of best practices in human resources management;
  • Produce various reports and provide support for administrative tasks.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are a student in the bachelor's degree in industrial relations, human resources management or any other related field;
  • You have experience in the job market (more than 3 months);
  • You are familiar with the SAP and Success Factor or another integrated human resources system (an asset);
  • You have excellent command of the Office series and particularly Excel software;
  • You are a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills (oral and written);
  • You are a rigorous person who pays attention to detail;
  • You are an organized and structured person;
  • You have a positive attitude and are easy to approach;
  • You can maintain strict confidentiality when required

  • Location: Completion Center
  • Duration: 12 months
  • Virtual or on site 

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
