What are your contributions to the team?
- Provide support to HR business partners across various projects: engagement surveys, salary reviews and promotions, talent management programs, labor relations cases, etc.
- Participate in projects and meetings related to labor relations.
- Take part in the disciplinary process and grievance management process.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and the development of best practices in human resources management.
- Produce various reports and support administrative tasks.
How to thrive in this role?
- You are a student pursuing a bachelor's degree in industrial relations or human resources management.
- You have excellent command of the Office suite, especially Excel.
- You are a highly motivated team player with strong communication skills (both oral and written).
- You are detail-oriented and thorough.
- You are organized and structured.
- You have a positive attitude and are approachable.
- You are able to maintain strict confidentiality when required.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
