What You Will Learn
- Track and coordinate multi-site industrial projects.
- Analyze technical and financial business cases.
- Optimize manufacturing and industrialization processes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Understand global industrial and manufacturing strategies.
Your Contributions to the Team?
- Collaborate with Industrialization Project Managers and Business Analysts to monitor project plans and assist with key tasks across multiple initiatives.
- Help plan and coordinate new activities to support the execution of master and detailed industrialization plans.
- Create, revise, and organize documentation related to industrialization processes, including financial and technical analyses, project status updates, and executive presentations.
- Contribute to the definition and maintenance of industrialization strategies aimed at manufacturing excellence and footprint optimization across Bombardier sites.
- Participate in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance the execution of the Industrialization strategy.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support decision-making and strategic planning.
How to Thrive in This Role?
- You are currently pursuing a degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or in Aeronautical Engineering, or in Operations Management.
- You have an interest in Project Management and strategic business analysis.
- You are capable of working in both English and French, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Spanish is considered an asset.
- You are curious about the aviation industry—its products, programs, technologies, and market dynamics.
- You possess strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
- You enjoy working with data and numbers in a structured and analytical way.
- You are proficient with Office 365 tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- You demonstrate autonomy, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
