What are your contributions to the team?
Intern, Brand & Marketing
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement a world-class customer experience that strengthens the Bombardier brand and enhances market perception
- Support strategic planning and budget tracking for brand initiatives and campaigns, in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and partner agencies
- Manage and support timelines related to creative deliverables
- Oversee vendor relationships for the development of our brand magazine, contribute to content ideation, facilitate the approval process, and coordinate internal distribution across international sites
- Review brand and marketing content for both internal and external communications
- Support the brand team in day-to-day coordination and processing of requests for visual assets (logos, photos, merchandise, videos, etc.)
- Monitor budget allocations for marketing and employer brand initiatives, and contribute to financial reporting for projects
- Participate in monthly financial adjustments and reporting
- Help optimize and automate tools and processes to improve team quality and productivity
How to thrive in this role?
- You are currently enrolled in, or have recently graduated from, a recognized university program in Marketing, Management (or a related field) at the bachelor’s or master’s level
- You have completed at least 2 years of studies in this program (or at least 1 year for a master’s degree)
- You are highly organized and able to work independently
- You are proactive and take initiative without being asked
- You have strong computer skills (Windows), with solid proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of ASANA is an asset
- You are fluent in both written and spoken French and English
- You are a strong team player and highly reliable
- You are results-driven
