What are your contributions to the team?

  • Support purchasing team in the daily execution of their tasks (PO placement, invoicing, part tracking, etc.)
  • Participate in the coordination of strategic projects in the Logistics team (Aircraft configuration changes, schedule changes, budget changes, implementation of new tool, others)
  • Development and monitoring of KPIs
  • Liaise and review all cross-functional deliverables (Engineering, Methods, Production, Logistics, etc.) to ensure the production schedule is met
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time release of the production change requirements to aircraft suppliers

 

How to thrive in this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Operation Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration in progress
  • Leadership in managing initiatives involving working with internal and external partners
  • Time and priorities management skills
  • Ease for teamwork, for communication, in leading projects and in delivering results
  • Knowledge of software (MS project, office 365, power point, Excel, SAP) (Asset)
  • Programming (Asset)
  • Bilingual spoken and written skills (English and French)
