What are your contributions to the team?
• Contribute to the deployment of the company-wide Operational Excellence initiative, including technical elements, management tools, and practices.
• Participate in Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and problem-solving events with Operational Excellence specialists and cross-functional teams.
• Support the BOE team in engaging the organization in a culture of operational excellence as a means of achieving company goals.
• Conduct applicable time studies under the direction of a BOE specialist.
• Collect data and perform statistical analyses to evaluate process performance.
• Analyze current processes to identify improvement opportunities and sources of waste.
• Collaborate in the presentation of improvement plans, data analyses, and other BOE activities.
• Promote a culture of standardization and execution through the effective use of processes, aligned KPIs, and infrastructure.
• Create or support the design of process flowcharts, Value Stream Maps (VSM), and Standard Operating Procedures
How to thrive in this role?
• You are currently enrolled in a diploma, bachelor’s, or master’s degree program in engineering, industrial engineering, operations management, or a related field.
• You are able to communicate in French and English.
• You have strong interpersonal skills.
• You have experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• You have experience in data management.
• You work well in a team environment and are known for contributing to a positive team spirit.
• You are detail-oriented and rigorous.
