What are your contributions to the team?

  • Elaborate the sequence of production activities for assembly work centers;
  • Balance manpower requirements according to organizational needs;
  • Observe and analyze shop floor activities in order to identify ratios of value-added activities;
  • Identify, evaluate and propose key performance indicators in order to measure productivity;
  • Identify and propose areas for improvement, participate in the problem-solving process and implement solutions by involving team members;
  • Develop work charts to improve overall performance by defining sequencing and analyzing manufacturing needs;
  • Interact with several multifunctional teams

How to thrive in this role?

  • Student in a bachelor's or master's degree program in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, logistics and operations management, or equivalent
  • Interest in manufacturing processes, continuous improvement and value-added production
  • Project management skills
  • Have a high level of initiative, autonomy and innovation
  • Knowledge of diagnostic and continuous improvement tools (VSM, material flow analysis ...)
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills in French and English
  • Proficiency in the MS Office (Project, Excel and PowerPoint)
