What are your contributions to the team?
• Provide extraordinary service to our employees who communicate with our Service Center Payroll;
o Respond to various Payroll questions
o Learn the basics of payroll Functions
o Collaborate with managers, employees and human resources business partners
o Work under a collective Agreement environment
o Enter data into our Payroll systems
• Participate in the continuous improvement and development of best practices in Payroll Functions;
• Document our practices;
• Perform data analysis;
• Participate in various special projects;
How to thrive in this role?
• You are studying for a bachelor's degree in administration (preferably in human resources);
• You are a highly motivated team player with excellent communication skills (written and oral) in both official languages (French and English);
• You are a rigorous person who pays attention to detail;
