What You Will Learn
- Manage internal customers.
- Read, analyze and understand the business case.
- Provide recommendation and solutions to complex issues.
- Develop and update KPIs.
- Learn about program management in an aerospace context.
Your Contributions to the Team
- Execute projects assigned to you.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement projects.
- Achieve the financial objectives of our projects.
- Support Program Management Analysts in their projects.
- Implement targets and control metrics to monitor project advancement and performance.
- Prepare project status reports and modify schedules and plans when required.
- Present project schedules, business cases and regular updates at internal reviews.
How to Thrive in This Role
- You are currently completing a Bachelor’s degree in engineering or administration/Project management (last internship phase, if possible).
- You have the capacity for efficient problem solving and developing interpersonal relations in a business environment.
- You demonstrate good organizational & planning skills, and autonomy (minimal supervision required).
- You are proficient in French and English (both oral and written).
- You have a strong initiative and are result driven.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
