What are your contributions to the team?

•    Assist the Capture and Proposal engineering team in day-to-day functions
•    Participate in cross-functional projects to establish technical scope, schedule and budget of Defense projects
•    Support preparation of Defense engineering bids
•    Participate in continuous improvement activities and process improvements
•    Support weekly and monthly Project Governance visibility

How to thrive in this role?

•    You are currently enrolled in a university-level engineering program
•    You are motivated, curious and independent
•    You display leadership skills including leading cross-functional teams
•    Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills in English and French (verbal and written, French an asset)
•    Working knowledge of MS Office suite is essential (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
•    Experience in Project Management or Proposal writing is an asset
•    Knowledge of Aircraft structure, systems, performance is an asset
