What are your contributions to the team?

Project Management Office (PMO) Governance & Strategy intern

Leading the governance for a multitude of high priority and high impact projects and events – working with stakeholders at all levels
Develop a best practice guide for project governance, including templates, schedules, and more which can be deployed across all teams

Grow your project management skills as it relates to planning, executing and controlling a project from start to finish.
Develop your stakeholder management skills ensuring that all stakeholders are kept up to date, properly considered and that their needs are met.
Practice and develop your communication, time management and organizational skills 

How to thrive in this role?

•    You have strong project management skills, with experience in leading project governance 
•    You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
•    You demonstrate ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams;
•    You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
•    You demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously;
•    You have good language skills: bilingual English and French;
•    You have a good sense of organization, time management, and you demonstrate autonomy;
•    You have excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office suite, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint. – Asana is an asset
