During your internship, you will contribute to:

  • Supporting a team of 7 full-time analysts in their day-to-day work (e.g. requests, projects, training material, etc.) and work with a team of internationally-based colleagues;
  • Growing our sales pipeline and market share through analysis of aircraft replacement opportunities and other growth drivers;
  • Prepare a weekly report on aircraft movements for the Sales team;
  • Assist with email marketing activities including but not limited to, email campaign set up, scheduling, testing, deployment, and reporting;
  • Create and maintain accurate reports via Bombardier Business Aircraft’s CRM system (Salesforce.com, Marketing Cloud) and be able to communicate findings and actionable insights to the team;
  • Perform various research on ultra-high net worth individuals, multinational corporations & business aircraft owners and fleets in order to provide insight to Sales and Marketing; and
  • Enhance productivity of the team by strategizing, developing, and implementing improvements to current processes.

During your internship, you will learn:

What we are looking for:

  • You are pursuing a University Bachelor or Master level degree (Marketing, Communications, Technology, Economics, Finance, Commerce, Management, or International Business)
  • You are a detail-oriented team player who is highly flexible and able to work in a high-paced environment
  • You have strong attention to detail and focus
  • You may have previous experience with data analysis
  • You are curious, motivated, flexible, and exhibit great communication skills
  • You have knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Previous experience with Power Apps and PowerBI an asset
  • As an asset, you have previous experience working with Salesforce.com or other CRMs, as well as previous experience with HTML, email marketing or other related tools
  • You have a mastery of the English language (written and spoken). Other languages are an asset.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
