In Sales Strategy & Enablement, we equip our sales teams with the tools, content, training, and processes they need to sell more effectively and consistently. We act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring sales directors have the knowledge, resources, and support to engage customers and close deals efficiently. This internship is ideal for someone interested in the intersection of sales, technology, and process improvements.
During your internship, you will contribute to:
• Assist in creating and maintaining sales enablement materials, and help optimize content libraries to ensure sales personnel can quickly find and use relevant, up-to-date materials
• Work with the enablement team to evaluate and pilot emerging AI tools that support productivity, coaching, and automation
• Analyze how sales teams currently use CRM features, and track performance metrics related to tool usage and enablement initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the broader Sales Enablement organization (AI for Sales, Lead Generation, Market Development, Business Planning, Sales Engineering, Sales Training) to support tactical project-based initiatives on a rotational basis
• Participate in strategic discussions to drive operational excellence and optimize the way we work
During your internship, you will learn
• Learn about how we are developing and implementing AI tools in our daily work at Bombardier
• Build a strong foundation in both sales technology and strategic enablement practices.
• Develop analytical skills, utilizing tools such as PowerPoint, Excel and Salesforce.com to promote data-driven decision-making
• Benefit from mentorship from experienced enablement leaders.
• Acquire presentation skills and learn how to tailor content to different levels of the organization
• Become adept at managing multiple priorities
What we are looking for:
• You are enrolled in a business-related university program (undergrad or masters)
• You have a strong interest in AI, machine learning applications, or modern sales technologies.
• You are a self-starter who is curious to explore new tools and experiment with technology
• You have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI an asset)
• You are fluent in English (written and spoken), French preferred, and other languages would be an asset
• You are familiar with the aerospace industry (an asset)

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
