How to thrive in this role?

  • You are enrolled in a business-related university program (undergrad or masters)
  • You possess strong time-management skills
  • You have an eye for detail
  • You are autonomous and curious to expand your knowledge and skillset
  • You have experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI an asset)
  • You are fluent in English (written and spoken), French preferred, and other languages would be an asset
  • You are familiar with the aerospace industry

What are your contributions to the team?

  • Track inputs such as key performance indicators (KPIs) and adherence to Master Plans for corporate governance reviews
  • Plan activities for the Sales Transformation Office and prepare content for regular reviews
  • Coordinate activities for the Sales Talent Elite Program and contribute to refining the program
  • Collaborate with a multitude of stakeholders within and outside of the Sales organization to deliver accurate and timely updates across a range of initiatives
  • Participate in strategic discussions to drive operational excellence and optimize the way we work
  • Gain valuable insights into high-level strategic and operational planning
  • Develop analytical skills, utilizing tools such as Excel and Salesforce.com to promote data-driven decision-making
  • Acquire presentation skills and learn how to tailor content to different levels of the organization
  • Become adept at managing multiple priorities
  • Learn about how we are developing and implementing AI tools in our daily work

  • Virtual or on site 

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
