What are your contributions to the team?
The Strategy and Governance team within the Aftermarket division at Bombardier plays a pivotal role in
driving the company’s strategic objectives and ensuring effective governance practices. This team focuses
on analyzing market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategic initiatives that
enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency in the aftermarket sector.
This internship provides emerging professionals with hands-on experience in strategic planning and
governance within Bombardier’s Aftermarket division. Interns will contribute to key projects, develop
analytical skills, and gain insights into the aerospace industry, preparing them for future leadership roles.
• Develop, lead and execute strategic analyses for the Business' strategic plan to increase revenue,
increase margin or reduce costs.
• Participate in the forecasting of different segments of the business by building a financial model.
• Conduct comparative analyses and benchmarking between our competitors' capabilities and our
capabilities.
• Research, track and/or consolidate data on key market drivers, industry trends, competitors and
future trends.
• Plan, coordinate and prepare presentations on behalf of our leadership team.
• Present analysis and/or recommended strategy to leadership team.
• Improve and/or automate the team's tools and processes to increase quality and productivity
How to thrive in this role?
• You have completed a minimum of 2 years of studies in this program (or 1 year for Master's).
• You work autonomously by being well organized and planning your time.
• You take the initiative to do things without it being asked.
• You have good computer skills (Windows), including very strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• You have a good level of written and speaking English; French is an asset
• You are a good team worker and are highly reliable.
• You have a clear drive for results.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
