During your internship, your contribution will be:
- Prepare and keep all preproduction documentation related to video projects up-to-date (purchase orders, budgets, invoices,
approvals). - Help manage project timelines and monitor deliverables to meet video production objectives.
- Organize digital resources and maintain shared video files to facilitate team access in Frame IO.
- Follow up on required actions for video shoots and post-production stages.
- Support light production tasks as needed (handling calls, assisting during shoots, coordinating resources).
- Collaborate on the logistical organization of video shoots, including booking locations, planning teams, and managing
schedules.
What you will learn
- Hands-on experience with large-scale creative video campaigns.
- An immersion in the operations of a brand studio focused on video production.
- Concrete knowledge in video production coordination and support.
- Understanding of cross-functional collaboration between creative, marketing, and operational teams for video projects.
What we are looking for:
- Enrolled in a university program in project management, communication, marketing, business administration, media production or film studies
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail, especially for documenting video projects.
- Very good communication and follow-up abilities with creative and technical teams.
- Keen interest in project coordination and/or video production.
- Comfortable with Asana processes, calendars, and digital workflow management tools for video projects.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines in a dynamic production environment.
- Initiative and willingness to learn about the video production process.
