During your internship, your contribution will be:
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as POs, budgets, invoices, and approvals
- Help manage project timelines and track deliverables
- Organize digital assets and keep shared files up to date
- Follow up on action items
- Support light production tasks as needed (e.g., call sheets, minor set support)
- Assist with shoot logistics (booking rooms, coordinating schedules, etc.)
What you will learn:
- Real-world experience supporting high-visibility creative campaigns
- Exposure to the inner workings of a high-performing in-house brand studio
- Practical knowledge of project coordination and production support
- Insight into cross-functional collaboration between creative, marketing, and operational teams
What we are looking for:
- Enrolled in a university program in project management, communication, marketing, business administration.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and follow-up
- Interest in project management and/or production
- Comfort with spreadsheets, calendars, and digital workflows
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with Asana and bilingualism (French/English)

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
