What are your contributions to the team?

  • Collaborating with the team and external partners (vendors) to enhance or redesign curricula, programs, tools, and development resources in alignment with the L&D strategy and organizational priorities.
  • Participating in project management and change management activities.
  • Conducting research on best practices in training and professional development.
  • Performing data analysis and creating pivot tables in Excel to better understand our target populations.
  • Preparing executive presentations in PowerPoint for various stakeholders, including senior leadership, managers, and employees.
  • Creating satisfaction surveys using Microsoft Forms or participating in focus groups and co-development sessions.
  • Coordinating activities and related tasks for various development programs, including leadership and high-potential programs, on our internal platforms.
  • Managing access and optimizing the use of LinkedIn Learning licenses.
  • Demonstrating creativity and innovation in designing and updating tools and resources available on the Bombardier Learning Academy.
  • Creating, designing, and configuring collaboration and communication tools (e.g., MS SharePoint, MS Forms).
  • Contributing to the development of communications and key messages for various stakeholders.

During your internship, you will learn:

  • Manage projects in a stimulating environment
  • Work on platforms such as Sharepoint
  • On organizational development by contributing to the development of several talent management programs

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are currently in the process of completing a bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in human resources management or similar
  • You are skilled with the Office 365 suite of applications, and you are at ease with computer tools in general
  • You are autonomous, organized, and proactive
  • You have an eye for detail, and you are results-focused in daily tasks
  • You are flexible and able to work in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • You are bilingual (French and English) and have strong communication and writing skills
  • You are available to work on a full-time basis as of September 2025 for (8) months;

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
