What are your contributions to the team?
- Collaborating on projects aimed at rethinking our practices and tools (e.g., a new performance management process).
- Conducting both internal and external research to identify leading practices in talent management and, also, in the field of inclusion, with a focus on supporting our 'We All Belong' strategy.
- Supporting the enhancement of our onboarding program for new employees by updating training content, resources, and the SharePoint site, supporting cohorts’ coordination, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure outstanding onboarding experience.
- Prepare and follow up on status reports, tasks, and activities, e.g., Women in governance certification
- Participate in activities to collect employees’ opinions and feedback, e.g., focus groups or employee forums about diversity and inclusion
- Assist in the brainstorming and preparing PowerPoint for presentations to managers and the upper management
- Assist in the operational execution of ongoing programs, e.g., coordinate access management activities for development initiatives on LinkedIn Learning
- Assist in the analysis of HR data and the development of presentations or documents to explain key findings, e.g., trends in turnover rates, hires, etc.
- Create, design, and configure collaboration and communication tools (MS SharePoint, MS Forms, etc.)
During your internship, you will learn:
- Manage projects in a stimulating environment
- Work on platforms such as SharePoint
- On organizational development by contributing to the development of several talent management programs
How to thrive in this role?
- You are currently in the process of completing a bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in human resources management or similar
- You are skilled with the Office 365 suite of applications, and you are at ease with computer tools in general
- You are autonomous, organized, and proactive
- You have an eye for detail, and you are results-focused in daily tasks
- You are flexible and able to work in a complex and fast-paced environment
- You are bilingual (French and English) and have strong communication and writing skills
- You are available to work on a full-time basis as of September 2025 for at least four (4) months;

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
