Our Team
In the large Technical Service Customer Service – Technical Service team, we occupy a key position in the support of cabin and avionics systems. One of the main objectives, where you will be closely involved, is the development and improvement of processes.
During your internship, you will contribute to:
- Supporting the Technical team to support aircraft and customers working on one or more of the many avionics systems: AFCS, Communication (VHF, HF, SATCOM, Datalink), Navigation (ADF, VOR, ILS, DME, TCAS, Transponder, IRS, GPS, FMS, Weather Radar), Displays (EFIS, EICAS, HUD, SVS), etc.
- Assistinging an experienced system specialist in supporting the Bombardier fleet; monitoring fleet reliability, identifying technical issues, and implementing corrective actions.
- Reviewing maintenance tasks and performing required validation
- Using Microsoft Office 365 applications (MS Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Power Apps, and Power BI)
During your internship, you will learn:
- Develop an understanding of avionics systems and their integration within an aeronautical environment.
- Develop skills in carrying out aircraft support projects.
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
What we are looking for:
- Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a predominantly English-speaking remote work environment.
- Fluent in both French and English (spoken and written).
