During your internship, you will contribute to:

  • Support the planning and execution of well-being and employee experience programs (e.g., wellness challenges, recognition campaigns, engagement surveys)
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing feedback from employees to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Participate in organizing events and workshops focused on well-being and workplace culture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR projects that enhance the employee journey.
  • Maintain documentation and track metrics related to program effectiveness and participation.
  • Conduct research on best practices in employee well-being and experience.

During your internship, you will gain:

How to thrive in this role?

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
