Our team…
Collaborating with the customer strategy team, you will assist the team in developing strategic initiatives related to CFT (Customer Facing Team) Governance and the preparation for aircraft deliveries to Bombardier Aviation's clients.
During your internship, you will learn:
During your internship, you will develop and refine your analytical skills through the use of various tools and applications. You will actively participate in strategic projects and support management in making informed decisions.
- Data collection and analysis
- Interpretation of collected data
- Analysis of trends in collected data
- Implement new data collection and analysis techniques within the organization
- Submit reports to management
- Support leadership and other teams in defining the company’s goals and needs
- Develop procedure manuals for the CFT team
- Project management
How to thrive in this role?
- You are familiar with data analysis tools (such as Excel, Power BI, or any other relevant software), and you have initial experience or training in data collection, interpretation, and presentation.
- You are proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presenting results.
- You have a strong analytical mindset and are able to solve problems in a structured manner.
- You are proactive, autonomous, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken French and English, with the ability to write reports, procedures, and communicate clearly with leadership teams in both languages.
