What are your contributions to the team?

  • evaluate PLM data interoperability needs and standards
  • devise a schema to integrate process and need-specific cross-disciplinary vendor and in-house tooling
  • evaluate available data interoperability solution frameworks and perform a gap analysis
  • initiation, development and testing of APIs to support integration of:
    SysML v2 data using REST APIs, vendor and in-house design tooling, centralized PLM repository.
  • investigate model query schemas employing native AI tools and protocols  (e.g. Copilot, MCP)

How to thrive in this role?

  • familiarity with SE, MBSE, Simulation, PLM concepts and tools
  • experience in integrating software tools across API implementations
  • awareness of challenges and means to best implement cross-tool interoperability schemes and implementations
  • awareness of with preferrable exposure and implementation experience, to data exchange frameworks, protocols and formats (e.g DoDAF, MOSA, OSLC, REST APIs, STEP, ReqIF, JSON, XML) supporting object-based interoperability
  • experience in software development workflows (version control, debugging, configuration management) using Python, C++, Java, Git
