What are your contributions to the team?
- Documentation: Support the documentation engineering procedures to ensure effective utilization of content management systems and processes, content accuracy, traceability, and compliance with Bombardier engineering standards, publication rules, and controlled document processes.
- Access Management: Support the Management of restricted document access, process access requests, and maintain the integrity of sensitive information.
- Content Management: Support the update and maintain engineering content on various platforms, including SharePoint and corporate websites, to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination.
- User Support: Provide technical assistance and support to users of content management tools, such as BES Engineering Change workflows and the Supplier Portal.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in online content and implement improvements to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- Innovation and Creativity: Use creative solutions for solving problems of small complexity – Processes and Software
- Contribute to the team’s scope/time management by assigning/follow up commitments on a weekly basis. Discuss/present status to team/leadership.
How to thrive in this role?
- You are a university student in Aerospace or Software Engineering with an interest in Aerospace.
- You are bilingual, written and spoken – English and French.
- You are a team player keen to support/assist others and aggregate to the team environment.
- You can build and maintain effective and fruitful working relationships with others.
- You are flexible and feel at ease navigating in a fast-paced environment.
- You are succinct and can express ideas clearly, both orally and in writing.
- You have knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft Office 365 suite, TeamCenter, PowerBI, Excel pivot tables, HTML and web design is an asset.
- You have an interest in project management (scope/time/budget) aspects for aerospace projects

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
