What are your contributions to the team?

  • Manage the flow of indirect goods and services (IGS) purchase requests
  • Analyze IGS purchase requests; including reviewing documents to validate the accuracy of the requests
  • Manage and co-ordinate all the meeting with sites and committee members for the blanket approval season
  • Monitor spend to ensure cost control and generate cost-saving plans
  • Participate in various strategic initiatives as an internal consultant
  • Ensure the respect of BA IGS procurement and policies and train the various teams if needed
  • Assist senior leaders by preparing PowerPoint presentations and help run meetings
  • Communicate the status of the IGS purchase requests to the various BA facilities and collaborate with them, for any inquiries they may have related to IGS

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are enrolled in a first or second cycle program in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • You have strong organizational and analytical skills with a good attention to detail
  • You have a strong knowledge of Office 365 tools
  • You speak and write in English and French.
