What are your contributions to the team?

In a context where operations must simultaneously ensure the follow-up of aircraft in delivery, the execution of continuous improvement projects, and the maintenance of health, safety, and productivity initiatives, the addition of an intern coordinator represents an important lever to support the execution of the sector’s priorities.

Under the supervision of the operations management team, the incumbent will act as a coordination resource to ensure rigorous follow-up of the various projects and cross-functional activities. The role will include coordinating actions related to aircraft in delivery, ensuring the progress of satellite projects related to health and safety, productivity, and process improvement, as well as supporting certain administrative and operational follow-ups for the team.

The intern coordinator will participate in activity planning, schedule follow-up, performance indicator consolidation, the preparation of meeting minutes, and the maintenance of action plans. They will also serve as a link between the various stakeholders to promote effective communication and better visibility into project progress.

This resource will help:

Improve the coordination of operational activities and ongoing projects.

Ensure more rigorous follow-up of commitments and timelines.

Increase visibility of performance indicators and action plans.

Free up time for managers and technical teams so they can focus on value-added activities.

Support initiatives aimed at continuous improvement, health and safety, and operational efficiency.

The addition of this role will contribute directly to better execution of the sector’s priorities while providing the intern with concrete experience in project management, operational coordination, and continuous improvement in a complex production environment.

The intern coordinator will be responsible for supporting operations in the follow-up and coordination of projects related to aircraft in delivery, as well as strategic initiatives in health, safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. They will coordinate actions, monitor indicators and timelines, prepare performance reviews, and provide the required administrative support to help achieve the sector’s operational objectives.
