What are your contributions to the team?

  • Supporting a Senior Agent for all Procurement activities;
  • Assisting in the preparation of governance material for executive level viewing;
  • Preparing and driving the progress of initiatives;
  • Creating project plans;
  • Working with legal documentation;
  • Participate in negotiation strategies and contractual terms;
  • Assist in preparation of business cases.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are enrolled in a university programme, majoring in business administration, supply chain management, law, engineering or related areas.
  • You demonstrate very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly of PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of PowerBI and other similar tools is an advantage.
  • You demonstrate strong analytical and problem–solving skills, good communication and planning skills.
  • You demonstrate the capacity to summarize data analysis and communicate the outcome clearly. You convey complex ideas simply through written reports and presentation material.
  • You demonstrate good awareness of contracts and their structure (intellectual property protections, payment and delivery terms, quality and warranties, limitations of liability, confidentiality, etc.).
  • You have strong customer orientation, demonstrate flexibility and autonomy and can manage multiple priorities.
  • You are resourceful and have a drive for results. You can work be proactive in proposing solutions and improvements.
  • You have knowledge of Sharepoint and SAP (an asset).
  • You can work effectively in both French and English on a daily basis.
  • You can work onsite at least two (2) days per week at one of our Montreal facilities, sometimes more, as per the applicable policy.

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
