What are your contributions to the team?

  • Strengthen the employer brand within the university community through content, campus activities, events and ideas that increase visibility and student engagement.
  • Coordinate university initiatives, including conferences, technical panels, mentorship programs and research projects, as well as scholarship administration.
  • Support the deployment and follow-up of university initiatives with targeted universities.
  • Conduct research on institutions, academic programs and emerging talent trends.
  • Maintain program workplans, calendars, trackers and dashboards.
  • Gather, organize and communicate information from stakeholders while following up on actions and deadlines.
  • Prepare and support meetings, presentations and strategic forums with internal teams.
  • Contribute to developing intern and new graduate talent pipelines in collaboration with Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and business units with workforce needs.
  • Support the analysis of future talent needs and translate them into targeted university initiatives.
  • Consolidate data, track performance indicators and investments, and produce summaries, analyses and recommendations.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You are currently pursuing a university degree in business administration, human resources, industrial relations, marketing, communications, project management, or a related field.
  • You have strong organizational, research and analytical skills.
  • You can manage multiple priorities and follow up rigorously on assigned activities.
  • You communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, in both official languages (English and French).
  • You enjoy collaborating with different teams and building professional relationships.
  • You demonstrate curiosity, initiative and creativity.
  • · You are proficient with Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Teams.
  • · You are interested in aerospace, education, university partnerships or talent attraction.
