What are your contributions to the team?

During your internship, you will contribute to:

  • Analyze budget envelopes of the Program Management teams
  • Plan follow-up meetings and present your analysis
  • Plan and structure governance activities
  • Develop analysis tools for large volume of data
  • Contribute to budget process improvement or other processes
  • Prepare project portfolio presentations for the management team
  • Identify and manage risks and opportunities on the budget envelopes

During your internship, you will learn:

  • Process and roles and responsibilities of a Program Management team
  • Software and applications such as OneStream, Power BI and Power Apps
  • Develop management, analysis and communication skills
  • Participate in continuous improvement sessions
  • Establish a professional development plan

How to thrive in this role?

What we are looking for:

  • You are familiar with the basic principles of financial management, project management or portfolio management
  • You are enrolled in business administration, finance or engineering school path
  • You have knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and PowerBI software suites (an asset)
  • You have experience in database management or data processing
  • You are structured and autonomous in carrying out your tasks
  • You speak and write in French and English.
