What are your contributions to the team?
- Support both Operations and Sales teams, including Salesforce lead updates
- Perform flight card data entry in the required systems
- Handle ad hoc tasks based on business priorities
- Manage and dispatch requests received through the shared Smart Parts mailbox
- Create and run Power BI/Access database queries to extract and organize data in order to produce reports such as sales performance and market participation
- Create and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets to track and measure customer contract status
- Create presentation reports in PowerPoint, including market participation status using waterfall charts
- Update sales pipeline status through participation in sales meetings
- Provide sales teams with weekly proposal status updates
- Analyze data from cost‑per‑flight‑hour databases in support of ad hoc projects from time to time
- Consolidate data results, analyze trends and patterns, and track action items
- Support various meetings
- Collaborate and develop a network to obtain information from various groups within the organization
How to thrive in this role?
- Have strong skills in writing relational database queries and be capable of using Power BI and MS Access
- Have strong skills in spreadsheet logic and formulas and be capable of using MS Excel
- Have strong skills in presentation layout and be capable of using MS PowerPoint
- Be pursuing an undergraduate diploma in computer science, finance, business, or another relevant field, with exposure to database and spreadsheet software
- Be very proficient in English, both spoken and written
- Respect timelines, enjoy teamwork, and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Knowledge of the aerospace industry, business, or maintenance is an asset
- An interest in AI, automation, and agent development, particularly within Microsoft Copilot, is considered an asset.
- For the duration of the internship, this position is full‑time, 40 hours per week
