What are your contributions to the team?


•    Detonate actions required to optimize purchased parts inventory and accelerate their completion to achieve targeted inventory levels. 
•    Analyze Inventory actuals, estimate forecast and budget inventory levels. 
•    Manage min-max and obsolete inventory is part of your day-to-day activities.
•    Support key partners with agile and timely inventory information, co-generate data, drive action plans and communicate Inventory KPI’s performance.
•    Promote a culture of anticipation that ensures the mitigation of risks identified throughout the supply chain, through data analysis.
•    Continuous development and improvement of executive and functional reporting through data automation and new technological tools.
•    Work with executives and other business leaders to identify inventory opportunities for improvement.
•    Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients. Use graphs, infographics and/or other methods to visualize data.
•    Structure large data sets to find usable information.
•    Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings.

How to thrive in this role?

•    You hold a Bachelor’s degree with a strong concentration in an analytical discipline. 
•    You have acquired a minimum of four (4) years proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst
•    You have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
•    You have strong project management and problem-solving skills. You are results oriented.
•    You have the skills to build partnerships with key players.
•    You have the ability to influence decisions and meet deadlines.
•    You have material planning and inventory management knowledge 
•    You have experience in projections or forecast. 
•    You have a good knowledge on: MS Excel (Data Management), MS Access (Data Management), PowerBI, Microsoft Azure, Transact-SQL, SQL Server (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS), BaaN (asset), SAP (asset).
•    You have a high proficiency and are a good communicator in French and English (written and spoken)
