Summary
We are hiring a hands-on, product-embedded analytics leader to elevate how we design, build, and optimize our digital products (web platforms, mobile apps). This is a strategic execution role: you will both define how product analytics works across the portfolio and actively deliver insights that shape day-to-day product decisions.
You will be accountable for establishing standards, ensuring every feature is measurable, and turning user behavior into clear product direction. You will operate inside product squads and influence roadmaps with evidence—not reports.
This role plays a critical part in enhancing our digital product decision-making to ultimately elevate the customer experience. We are looking for someone deeply curious and customer-centric—someone who is driven to understand our users, their behaviors, and their needs.
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
1) Product Analytics Standards & Authority
-
Own and enforce product analytics standards across all digital products.
-
Define measurement frameworks, KPI trees, and event taxonomies.
-
Approve tracking plans prior to release; ensure analytics is part of Definition of Done.
-
Establish and maintain a single source of truth for product metrics.
2) Embedded Product Delivery
-
Partner directly with Product, designers, and engineers across squads.
-
Ensure every feature and user flow is measurable from discovery to release.
-
Embed analytics requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
-
Monitor releases and validate that instrumentation and data quality meet standards.
3) Strategic Insight & Product Influence
-
Analyze user behavior across web and mobile journeys to identify friction, drop-offs, and opportunities.
-
Deliver concise, high-impact insights that influence backlog prioritization and roadmap decisions.
-
Challenge product assumptions with behavioral evidence and clear recommendations.
-
Translate data into product narratives that drive action.
4) Cross-Product Visibility (Portfolio View)
-
Identify patterns across products (e.g., portal, service, parts, connected aircraft tools).
-
Provide end-to-end visibility on customer journeys across the digital ecosystem.
-
Surface cross-product opportunities to improve adoption, efficiency, and experience.
5) Advanced Analysis & Data Utilization
-
Own and leverage BigQuery for advanced analysis and data modeling.
-
Combine product analytics data with other sources (e.g., operational, transactional) to unlock deeper insights.
-
Move beyond standard dashboards to answer real product and business questions.
6) Data Governance & Quality
-
Ensure consistency, accuracy, and integrity of analytics data across platforms.
-
Maintain documentation of tracking, definitions, and data models.
-
Align reporting across tools and stakeholders to avoid conflicting metrics.
7) Product Team Enablement
-
Build self-serve dashboards and reusable analysis frameworks.
-
Coach PMs and designers on how to use data in decision-making.
-
Focus on high-impact insights aligned to product goals—not ad-hoc reporting requests.
