What are your contributions to the team?
• Lead and mentor a team of certification specialists
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (Transport Canada, FAA, EASA)
• Work closely with engineering, quality, and operations teams
• Drive certification strategies for new programs and modifications
• Manage interactions with certification authorities
• Support regulatory audits and inspections
• Promote a culture of quality, rigor, and continuous improvement
• Be responsible for coordinating quality support to production teams
• Assume full responsibility for team management
• Plan daily operations within your sector and follow up accordingly
• Report and analyze various indicators related to productivity, quality, health and safety, absenteeism, etc.
• Ensure employee training and evaluate their performance and progress
• Promote a work environment based on teamwork and open communication
• Demonstrate leadership while respecting Bombardier’s vision and values
How to thrive in this role?
• Degree in aerospace engineering or a related field
• Significant experience in aerospace certification or regulatory compliance
• Team management experience (a strong asset)
• Knowledge of regulations (Transport Canada, FAA, EASA)
• Strong leadership and excellent communication skills
• Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented approach
• Bilingualism (French/English)
