What are your contributions to the team?

•    Develop and implement supplier performance metrics, scorecards, and evaluation criteria to assess supplier performance and identify areas for improvement.
•    Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and communicate performance feedback to suppliers and internal stakeholders.
•    Develop and implement interventions to improve supplier performance, including corrective action plans and supplier development programs.
•    Work closely with procurement and quality assurance teams to ensure supplier compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and delivery schedules.
•    Identify and manage supplier risk, including assessing and mitigating risks related to quality, delivery, and cost.
•    Work with cross-functional teams to ensure supplier performance is aligned with business objectives.
•    Maintain accurate records of supplier performance data, performance improvement initiatives, and supplier risk management activities.
•    Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to drive continuous improvement and supplier innovation.
•    Lead and manage a team of supplier performance analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.

How to thrive in this role?

•    You have a Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree, MBA or PMP is preferred.
•    You have at least 15 years of experience in supplier management, with a focus on supplier performance management and improvement.
•    You hold outstanding set of soft skill and proven record of managing people with empathy and patience.
•    You have experience in leading a team of supplier performance analysts, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
•    You have experience in multi-tasking complex projects and managing different teams at the same time as well as keeping up with priority and scope changes.
•    You hold advanced data analysis skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets, develop insights and recommendations, and create actionable reports.
•    You hold strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and track supplier performance improvement initiatives.
•    You hold excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with suppliers.
•    You have experience in risk management, with the ability to identify, assess, and mitigate supplier risks.
•    You hold strong negotiation skills, with the ability to negotiate supplier contracts and resolve supplier performance issues.
•    You hold proficiency in supply chain management software and tools, such as SAP, LeanDNA, Power BI or Ariba.
•    You have a strong commitment to continuous improvement, with the ability to drive change and innovation within the organization.
