What are your contributions to the team?

  • Analyze training needs and actively contribute to the integration of new technologies.
  • Coordinate special projects aligned with the company’s strategic priorities.
  • Liaise with managers to assess, prioritize, and address requests within required timelines.
  • Master performance indicators in order to propose strategic solutions aligned with industrial plans.
  • Present performance indicators to leadership and recommend improvement actions.
  • Develop development plans to enhance performance and support the onboarding of new employees.
  • Lead cross‑functional project teams to deliver business solutions within established timelines and budgets.
  • Analyze existing business processes and design new ones to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
  • Design and recommend solutions tailored to business needs, including training solutions.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with initiatives to ensure their success.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance and communicate results while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Facilitate change‑management processes to ensure smooth implementation of new solutions.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.

How to thrive in this role?

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in Education, Project Management, or Business Administration
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in a role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Organizational skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously and meet deadlines. Adaptable to evolving business needs and priorities, leveraging creativity to navigate ambiguity.
  • Analytical skills: Proven ability to analyze business needs, solve complex problems, and develop effective processes to improve performance.
  • Communication: Proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written, to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Technology and Tools: Good knowledge of project management tools and software, such as MS Project and the MS O365 suite.
  • Collaborative leadership: Ability to lead and mobilize cross-functional teams, foster synergy, and coordinate resources to achieve objectives.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of Transport Canada requirements and the ability to integrate them into training projects and processes.
  • You are familiar with a Learning Management System (LMS).
