Job Overview

As a member of the Organizational Learning team, you will play a key role in fulfilling our mission: leading the development of our people to help build the best aircraft in the industry.

What are your contributions to the team?

  • Ensure the setup of training facilities and learning spaces required for various projects within the training centers.
  • Coordinate the logistics of training materials required for the deployment of the SAP S/4HANA training program.
  • Serve as the Master Trainer responsible for delivering SAP S/4HANA training to unionized employees.
  • Participate in the evaluation of new technologies to prepare training centers for the deployment of learning solutions.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from participants, trainers, and managers to continuously improve training programs and support the successful integration of new employees.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and activities to ensure alignment of practices and achievement of learning objectives.
  • Audit and support trainers and partners to ensure compliance, consistent application, and continuous improvement of training programs.

How to thrive in this role?

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field, combined with a minimum of two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment; or
  • You have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in the field of technical training.
  • You have strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize activities, and meet deadlines.
  • You have adaptability skills, with the ability to adjust to changing business needs and priorities while demonstrating creativity in ambiguous situations.
  • You have strong communication skills, with proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken, to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • You have strong technology and tool proficiency, including a good knowledge of project management tools, the Microsoft 365 suite, and learning management systems.
  • You have knowledge of a Learning Management System (LMS), which is considered an asset.
