What are your contributions to the team?
Logistique Agent Tooling
- Advise and influence the parameters of the raw material management system (paint, adhesives, sealants, and other materials).
- Take ownership of the management and continuous improvement of inventory management processes, including:
- Allocation and consumption of materials against the correct aircraft.
- Management of expiration dates.
- Maintaining accurate and appropriate inventory levels.
- Analyzing cycle count variances and obsolete inventory.
- Ensure the integrity of information within the ERP system.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain strong working relationships with the Procurement and Supply Chain teams.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
- You have an minimum of two (2) years of experience in inventory management.
- You are a strong teamwork, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are familiar with continuous improvement and value-added production concepts.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Lotus Notes, and Visio.
- You have knowledge of SAP and Zeus systems is considered a strong asset.
- You have the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- You are bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
