What are your contributions to the team?

  • Lead continuous improvement, innovation, and product development projects.
  • Act as a change agent in the implementation of new solutions.
  • Coordinate strategic and development projects and monitor action plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Programs, Materials Logistics, Quality, and Production teams.
  • Plan and facilitate governance meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Manage projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop project documentation and reporting to provide visibility into project health and performance.
  • Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to address technical and operational challenges.
  • Define project requirements, specifications, and technical parameters to be achieved.
  • Analyze proposals received from suppliers and partners.
  • Develop detailed action plans.
  • Prepare project schedules and ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate required tooling modifications and facility layout changes.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new products and manufacturing methods.
  • Revise plans as needed to accommodate schedule changes or shifts in strategic direction.

How to thrive in this role?

  • College diploma (DEC) in Aeronautics, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CATIA V5, SAP, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong teamwork skills, autonomy, sound judgment, and perseverance.
  • Proficient in spoken and written French; English is considered an asset.
