How to thrive in this role?
- Organize and lead project review, key stages control meetings and technical problem solving meetings
- Be linked to other disciplines and other divisions and prepare presentations for managerial and personal
- Take part equally of developing and application of Paint technical process
- Manage projects / special mandate with short deadlines
- Execute operational review on project deliverables
- Define or improve Methods processes
- Elaborate and execute training plan for operations
- Be aware of new way to improve and implement manufacturing strategy at the Suppliers
- Represent the Methods in new product development process
- Establish complete manufacturing strategies inside the introduction of changes processes (PCR, P&O, RFQ) in order to secure operations
- On-site support worldwide for Paint offload activities (>50% of the time)
- Analyze and assist in supplier compliance for Paint processes
- Follow daily operational on-site Paint activities with suppliers
- Ensure the use of best practices and apply lessons learned from previous projects
- Exercise your leadership while respecting the vision and values of Bombardier
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a college technical diploma, or any technical Paint related disciplines;
- You have at least three to five (5-7) years’ experience in Aerospace;
- You have competences in project management in a product development environment
- You have the capability of taking initiatives while demonstrating great leadership as the ability to meet established objectives;
- You have the capability of working on many different tasks at the same time within the time limit;
- You have a creative spirit, You are committed and have a strong teamwork will;
- You hold a natural customer service spirit and the success of your clients is close to your heart;
- You have knowledge on Microsoft Office suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Visio);
- You have high level of proficiency in English, either written and oral, and a good knowledge of French;
