What are your contributions to the team?
- Lead continuous improvement, innovation, and product development projects.
- Act as a change agent to support the implementation of new solutions and processes.
- Coordinate strategic and development projects while monitoring progress against action plans.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Program Management, Materials Logistics, Quality, and Production teams.
- Plan and facilitate governance meetings with key stakeholders.Manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring objectives are achieved.
- Prepare project documentation and reporting tools to provide visibility into overall project health and performance.
- Apply and promote structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Develop and validate project specifications, requirements, and technical performance targets.
- Analyze proposals received from suppliers and business partners and provide recommendations.
- Develop detailed action plans to support project execution.
- Create project schedules and ensure key milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Coordinate tooling modifications and facility layout changes required for project implementation.
- Participate in the development and deployment of new products, processes, and methodologies.
- Adjust project plans as needed to accommodate schedule changes, evolving priorities, or new business requirements.
How to thrive in this role?
- You have strong experience in aerospace, mechanical engineering, or a related field involving the adoption of new technologies.
- You have at least 7 years of experience in the aerospace industry.
- You possess excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- You are proficient in CATIA V5, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
- You demonstrate strong teamwork, autonomy, sound judgment, and perseverance.
- You are fluent in spoken and written French; proficiency in English is considered an asset.
