In your role, you will

  • Lead and support various internal BES strategic initiatives and multi-year projects
  • Provide status reports to Engineering Management on BES projects
  • Support the development of new aircraft programs and the preparation of their Generic Deliverable Requirements Document (G-DRD)
  • Facilitate and lead the development of standardized cross-functional processes and new Engineering Standards
  • Document BES procedures
  • Support BES Function Specialists in the closing of information gaps in the system and how to process their documentation
  • Publish restricted Engineering documents and process access requests
  • Update the BES web pages on the intranet and on the corporate website for suppliers (iSupply)
  • Support users of the electronic BES Change Request (eBCR) workflow tool and the iSupply website
  • Identify and implement improvements to the online content
  • Conduct BES Training sessions for Bombardier employees
  • Select, supervise, and train interns

As our ideal candidate

  • You hold a university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Program or Project Management
  • You have 5 to 10 years of experience in the aerospace, document or project management fields
  • You have a strong knowledge or mastery of Technical Writing
  • You have the necessary skills to be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • You have an interest in Aerospace, Engineering, Product Development, or Continuous Improvement
  • You are bilingual and possess good communication and presentation skills in both French and English (written and spoken)
  • You can facilitate discussions and workshops with specialists
  • You have a familiarity or interest in processes and workflows
  • You master the Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • You have a mastery or knowledge of TeamCenter, PowerBI, Excel pivot tables, HTML and web design is an asset
