In your role, you will:
- Strategic Project Support: Lead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives and long-term projects that drive engineering excellence in the context of integrated engineering business process management
- Process Development: Facilitate the creation and implementation of standardized processes and engineering business standards to optimize efficiency and consistency.
- Documentation and Training: Document engineering procedures and provide training to ensure effective utilization of content management systems and processes.
- Access Management: Manage restricted document access, process access requests, and maintain the integrity of sensitive information.
- Content Management: Update and maintain engineering content on various platforms, including SharePoint and corporate websites, to ensure timely and accurate information dissemination.
- User Support: Provide technical assistance and support to users of content management tools, such as BES Engineering Change workflows and the Supplier Portal.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in online content and implement enhancements to enhance user experience and efficiency.
- Talent Development: Select, supervise, and train interns to foster a pipeline of skilled engineering content management professionals
As our ideal candidate,
- You hold a university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Program or Project Management
- You have 5 to 10 years of experience in the aerospace, document or project management fields.
- You have a strong knowledge of SharePoint.
- You have the necessary skills to be able to work effectively in a collaborative engineering team environment.
- You have an interest in Aerospace, Engineering, Product Development, or Continuous Improvement
- You are bilingual and possess good communication and presentation skills in both French and English (written and spoken)
- You can facilitate discussions and workshops with specialists.
- You have a familiarity or interest in processes and workflows.
- You master the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- You have a mastery or knowledge of TeamCenter, PowerBI, Excel pivot tables, HTML and web design is an asset.
