In your role, you will

•    Enforce adherence to Bombardier practices and Knowledge Standards to promote integrity and consistency in technical engineering activities;
•    Manage priorities and ensuring they are communicated and harmonized;
•    Coordinate and track the work of engineering document release (Drawings, Modsums, RFCs, NOCs, etc.) within their associated schedules from our internal and external suppliers;
•    Identify and report on risks and support risk mitigation planning and execution;
•    Coordinate multi-site activities as necessary;
•    Prepare and present visibility reports at various governances to different layers of the organization;
•    Actively support the improvement projects of our processes & tools;
•    Represent the Configuration Management team at various cross-functional meetings;
•    Create activity and resource plans to support flexible strategies and reporting;
•    Lead harmonization of DCP changes on Challenger 3500;
•    Support enforcement of Bombardier standards and best practices in relation to change management activities;
•    Support knowledge transfer and management activities;
•    Control and Manage RSI application on Challenger platforms.
 

As our ideal candidate

•    You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering / or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or in aerospace;
•    You are educated and experienced in project management (A PMP certification is considered an asset)
•    You have sound aircraft Engineering and/or Operations experience (asset);
•    You demonstrate a professional attitude and superior communication skills (essential);
•    You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities;
•    You have a proactive attitude and ability to manage multiple priorities;
•    You have a strategic mind and an attention to details, supporting your interest for taking over responsibilities;
•    You can analyze large amounts of data to identify trends allowing efficient decision making
•    You are self-motivated, autonomous and enthusiastic;
•    You demonstrate ability to work willingly and independently in a fast paced, challenging environment;
•    You have effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets;
•    You have good computing skills; proficient in MS Office and experience with MS Excel and Power BI is an asset.
