What are your contributions to the team?
- Lead Knowledge Management Strategies: Act as a project manager and lead the deployment of knowledge management strategies across engineering, tracking and reporting to leadership.
- Facilitate Development: Work closely with engineering focals to develop Bombardier engineering through innovative strategies.
- Manage Critical Competencies: Define skill models, conduct assessments and gap analyses, and plan competencies development.
- Align Processes: Ensure domain processes align with knowledge management strategies and engineering objectives.
- Develop Tools: Deploy collaboration and governance tools.

- Project Management Experience: Ability to coordinate various activities simultaneously and maintain platforms up to date.
- Leadership Skills: Self-starter with great leadership abilities.
- Aerospace Engineering Knowledge: Good understanding of the field.

- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Data-oriented with excellent analytical abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of SharePoint, Power BI, MS Office tools (especially Excel), and BTalent (SuccessFactors-based platform).
- Communication Skills: Ability to present concisely and clearly, adapting communication to the audience, including higher management.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
- Education: University degree in Engineering, Information Management, or Knowledge Management.
- Language Skills: Fluent in both English and French.
- Knowledge of Bombardier Engineering Communities: An asset (practices, manuals, tools, and technologies).
