As Professional Sr, Engineering you would work in a team called "Processes, Applications and Data Analytics" taking a role of NX and NX Open Specialist

This role will primarily involve participation in major digital transformation projects for CAD applications but is not limited to these areas.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Analyze, identify, and propose engineering process and CAD automation improvements tailored to the requirements of internal and external clients

• Lead requirements analysis workshops

• Interact with various part of the organization to ensure consistency in proposed solutions

• Support engineering improvement initiatives aligned with the organization's CAD design strategy and in collaboration with the IT department

• Support users during and after the deployment of process and tool improvements

• Effectively manage team priorities and activities

• Participate in and prepare meetings with the development team to coordinate activities leading to the delivery of proposed improvements

• Provide continuous visibility into the progress of multiple projects conducted in parallel

• Develop and harmonize project timelines and ensure technical teams adhere to these timelines

• Lead activities to identify, manage, and mitigate risks, and prepare contingency plans

• Facilitate problem-solving and ensure engaging all stakeholders and achieving effective resolution

• Thrive in a flexible and hybrid work environment, where some tasks are performed remotely.

How to thrive in this role?

• Vous avez un diplôme de baccalauréat en ingénierie ou l'équivalent.
• Vous avez au minimum de 5 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine de l'ingénierie dans une entreprise manufacturière.
• Vous avez au minimum de 10 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le domaine de l'ingénierie et/ou de l’informatique.
• Vous avez des compétences en gestion de projet, avec des capacités de leadership et de travail d'équipe démontrées.
• Vous avez de l'expérience spécifiquement avec le logiciel CAD Designcenter NX de Siemens.
• Vous connaissez les bases en développement de logiciel et d’automatisation (Atout)
• Vous avez de l'expérience avec des outils PLM, ERP et avec les principes de gestion des changements de produits.
• Vous avez de l’expérience de collaboration avec des architectes/développeurs de logiciels (Un atout)
• Vous démontrez d'excellentes compétences en communication, à l'oral et à l'écrit, en anglais et en français, ainsi que la capacité de former et/ou de guider les autres.
• Vous êtes très à l'aise avec la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …).
• Vous possédez de solides compétences en analyse, planification, résolution de problèmes et relations interpersonnelles, ainsi qu'un bon sens des affaires.
• Vous êtes organisé, autonome et gérez efficacement votre temps.
• Vous êtes familier avec les programmes de développement d'aéronefs (un atout).
