What are your contributions to the team?
- Report directly to the G8000 Head of Aircraft Design
- Support the Head of Aircraft Design and the Chief Aircraft Integrator for platform specific studies, investigations and action plans.
- Work with the Platform Project Managers and cross-functional engineering team to ensure a high quality and timely execution of product improvement design changes
- Conduct cross-functional investigations, developing harmonized action plans
- Support Chief Aircraft Integrator establishing aircraft level requirements (D&O & ARD), of design changes under the purview of the Platform
How to thrive in this role?
- You have a University Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering.
- You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of aerospace engineering, in the context of airplane design
- A plus: you have knowledge and experience in airplanes Avionics System, or other similar electronic systems
- You have knowledge of aircraft type certification process and of the role of a Design Approval Organization
- You are a team player, able to integrate across multiple engineering disciplines to resolve problems
- Have leadership and decision/making capability
